Crochet is slow, cozy art—and I want you to feel confident before you order. Here you’ll find answers about sizing, care instructions, custom color changes, and what to expect from a handmade piece. 1. **How long does it take to make my order?**  
Each piece is handmade by me. Most orders take about 2–4 weeks to crochet, plus shipping time. If you need a rush order, contact me before you buy.

2. **Can I request custom colors or changes?**  
Yes! You can choose colors, length, and small design tweaks. Email me or message me on Instagram with your ideas and I’ll confirm what’s possible and the price.

3. **How do payments work?**  
Once we agree on your design, I’ll send payment details. Your piece is started after payment is received. I currently accept payments in USD.

4. **Do you accept returns or exchanges?**  
Because each item is made to order, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, contact me and I’ll do my best to make it right.
